Even in retirement Phil was still very connected to Florida Retina Institute. Phil was our Clinic Director and instrumental in managing and training our clinics staff, and opening multiple offices. We will be forever grateful for Phil’s 28+ years of outstanding and long time service to our practice, his dedication and care shown to our Doctors, team and patients. It is with great sadness that we have learned of the passing of Phil J. She was dearly loved by our team and patients, and she will be greatly missed. She had a big heart and loved all animals. Holly loved working in the healthcare field. Sadly Holly passed away December 20, 2018. Dearest Holly and Phil, we appreciate the 20+ years of dedication to our patients.
